ICRDCE (TP: 38218) is presently associated with 185 Community Colleges across 19 States in PAN India. Out of these Community Colleges, around 76 Community Colleges have been registered as TCs under this Skill Certification Programme.
The Associated Community Colleges and Non Funding NSDC Training Centres (TC) of ICRDCE have been imparting training in 14 Sectors such as, Apparel, Automobile, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Beauty & Wellness, Capital Goods, Construction, Electronics, Healthcare, Information Technology (IT) and IT Enabled Services (IT- ITeS), Logistics, Media & Entertainment, Plumbing and Tourism and Hospitality in fee based model.
Under this skill certification program ICRDCE has taken a special initiative to conduct ToT programmes regularly for the trainers to make them understand the SSC Job Roles with elaborate understanding on QPs and NOS to deliver the appropriate domain knowledge to the students. We also provide Life-Skills training.
ICRDCE is associated with Community Colleges under its network. These Community Colleges are facilitating the candidate skill training programmes under paid up model. ICRDCE shall support the training programmes in terms of proper monitoring, provision for training materials, contents etc. All the Community Colleges are with excellent infrastructures and are prominent in their respective region in running the skill development courses. ICRDCE shall monitor the execution of this project through their support monitoring team and technology innovation in terms of adopting any software which will provide live training reports. Each of the Community Colleges shall provide dedicated space for execution of this project.
The Centres also give due importance to facilitate internship during the training period and placement after certification.
