Dr. Xavier Alphonse, S.J., Director, ICRDCE, Chennai and his team participated in the graduation day of St. Joseph’s Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Skill Development, Belgaum on 11th May, 2025 in which Dr. Xavier Alphonse, S.J., was the chief guest and Rt. Rev. Dr. Derek Fernandes, Bishop of Belgaum appreciated the efforts of ICRDCE in getting NSDC recognition for their institute.

Dr. Xavier Alphonse, S.J., Director, ICRDCE was the chief guest for the valedictory function of KGF Community College, KGF, Kolar on 17th June 2025. The St. Joseph's of Tarbes Sisters have been empowering the women through this Community College for the last twenty five years.
